Marquette

Our Marquette is a full-bodied red made from grapes grown on our vineyard and a vineyard in Shelburne, VT. On the palette are notes of jammy black raspberry & vanilla, followed by a smoky finish.

  
  Vidal Ice

Our Vidal Ice Wine is made from Canadian grapes picked at the coldest moment of a winter night. Each frozen grape produces just one drop of this magical nectar. Serve ice cold with dessert or as a dessert. Vidal Ice was 36 Brix at Harvest, and 16% RS following fermentation. 		 
  Louise Swenson

Louise Swenson is an easy drinking dry white wine with a fruity nose followed by a crisp, clean finish and is often compared to a NZ Sauvignon Blanc or an Italian White. Louise Swenson is a cold hardy grape variety that was grown in our vineyard.  This wine complements cheese, fish, poultry, pork and vegetable dishes.  Best served chilled. 		 
  Traminette

Traminette is quickly becoming a favorite for all those lucky enough to have discovered it.  A slightly spicy, off-dry white wine that harkens back to its Gewürztraminer and Seyval Blanc roots; very floral on the nose, slightly fruity on the palette finishing with a brisk, very clean acidity.  Traminette best complements seafood and lighter fare such as poultry and pork.  Traminette's slight sweetness also pairs with Asian and spicy foods. 		 
  Frontenac Rosé

Our Frontenac Rosé features deep mahogany hues and cherry aromas.  On the palate, this wine is lively, flavorful, and balances a crisp acidity with just a touch of sweetness - making it semi-dry.  Notable are its dark cherry and spice flavors followed by its balanced and refreshing finish.  Best served chilled. Look for it now in a 750ML bottle! 		 
  Arctic Frost

Our Arctic Frost is beautifully balanced with a bold nose and distinct tropical and stone fruit on the palette. The exquisite flavor and crisp acidity on the finish lends itself to pairing with high-end meats and rich sauces, but also pairs well with lighter fare. 		 
  Summer Snow

Our Summer Snow is a sweet and fruity white wine that pairs great summer and good times. We named wine after our sailboat as they both represent the good times in life. 		 
  Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc, a staple for wine bars and bistros throughout France, symbolizes a signature varietal from France’s Loire Valley.  Our Cab is a medium-bodied, highly aromatic red, with a plum cherry start, and smooth tobacco finish that has a distinctive, tangy “old world” feel.
