Louise Swenson

Pair as you would a Sauvignon Blanc. Amazing with Italian. Also, goes very well with nutty salad with fruit or with goat cheese. Cabot Cheddar is also a solid stand-by.  Serve chilled.

  Traminette

Traminette best complements seafood, especially shelfish. Traminette's slight sweetness also pairs with Asian and spicy foods. Serve Chilled.

Frontenac Rosé

Rosés are the perfect wine for bbq's tend to take place outdoors. White wines are refreshing when served chilled but are not strong enough to stand up against the smokey flavors from the grill or bbq sauce. This is where a dry rose is perfect. Our Frontenac Rosé is fermented dry, which perfectly compliments your backyard bbq. Another winning pairing is with Vermont Butter and Cheese Bonne-Bouche!

  Cabernet Franc

As a medium bodied red wine, Cabernet Franc is traditionally paired with heavy game and red meat. One customer testifies that it is exceptional with bear... we'll take his word for it. We think it goes great with steak or Italian.
